This is a special day as we have our 35th Wedding Anniversary on the same day that Rebekah has her special birthday. We are celebrating with Chinese food and friends. No big celebration because Wednesday I will be having surgery for breast cancer. It is an early diagnosis and we are all hoping for a great pathology report 3 days after the surgery. I will be having radiation for 1 to 7 weeks each day after the surgery. Thanks to all of you that are saying prayers and encouraging Dick and I. We really appreciate your kind words and notes.

It was great fun watching your slide show today! Now I think you should go have that baby already! Wow!

Oh my goodness Rebekah! You must be the bravest pregnant woman ever. I can't believe you rode in a car that long! Wow! We took a trip to Rochester when I had about 8 weeks left of my pregnancy with Anna...and I never did it again! My feet swelled up from my toes to my knees, I couldn't even fit my calves into my pants. Ug! You are a brave woman. :)

Hello dear Haakon and Marit, I love all your new pictures, you both look like you have so much fun and are getting so big. I can hardly wait till you come in just a few weeks to play with Nana and Papa. Tell mommy to put her feet up and drink a nummy slushy. You both obey and do right till the stars fall. Tell mommy that I loved seeing the picture of her and your little brother, he is getting so big. Be sure to thank your sweet daddy too for all he does for you. We love you all so much.
